Review: UPDATE DEC-24At 3,500 miles, my rear tire has reached the end of its life and has been replaced with the exact same tire. It’s amazing to report that in over 3,500 miles, I have not suffered a single flat tire front or rear, and these are by far the best tires I have ever ran on any of my bicycles. My strong recommendation to buy is now upgraded to a must must-buy.The pictures clearly illustrate the durability and long life of these tires. My fear of cycling on bike lanes or on the highway shoulder due to glass or other tire puncturing debris has been completely eliminated by this fantastic tire.In early March 24, I installed a pair of these Touring-Hybrid Continental Clincher ETRTO Contact Breaker Reflex tires on my Ride1Up Gravel Roadster V2 in replacement of the OEM WTB Resolute 700Cx42.Boy was it the best decision ever!! These Continental Tires are designed for e-Bikes. It was like riding a completely new, different and better e-Bike with these Continental ETRTO Reflex tires. Simply UNBELIEVABLE! They don't cost more than other similar brands but offer so, so much more. Now with 2,000 miles of riding, here's my summary.1. TRACTION improved exponentially, as if an adhesive was applied to the outer rubber layer, I now feel very safe with these tires. The "lamella tread" provides amazing grip while ensuring a high level of safety;2. NOISE, road noise has disappeared completely, as if riding on a flying carpet. Even when going on smooth road lane marker paint, you cannot hear difference in noise;3. COMFORT, amazing! I now ride these filled to 48 lb of pressure and highway bumps, holes, irregularities all but seem to vanish4. DURABILITY, unparalleled. The Continentals at 2,000 miles look nearly brand new, not half-thread life yet. I'm betting it'll be at least 3,000 miles before I swap front and rear tires since my rear wears much quicker.5. SAFETY: do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY your bike tire again without the REFLEX, reflective band on both sidewalls of the tires. I only ride at night and can notably sense the difference on being seen all of the time, like having an LED band around your tires;6. EASE OF INSTALLATION: the wire rim around the tire make their package big for shipping AND it does not make them more difficult to install. Mounting them takes about 5-10 min, is very easy and of course, having tire levers makes the job a breeze.These Continental Contacts replaced my WTBs after 1500 miles, numerous flat tires and a serious fall due to poor grip traction.

Title: Great tires, pattern assures traction in wet & dry weather
Review: I love the feel of the tires on the bike but will probably try to upgrade further on width to see if they fit once these are ridden for a while. I replaces 23s with these 28s and they fit perfectly. Very nice looking too and not at all difficult to install. I assumed wired beads may be more difficult to mount but these went on relatively easily and then inserting tubes went without a hitch. Priced right too.

Title: Perfect! Jamis Allegro
Review: 2023 Jamis Allegro 29 rims, The Kenda tires that came with it were good yet worn, and the back tire had a tear in the tread, so it was time to fix that issue. These tires fit perfectly, look great, and handle amazingly. With the Kenda's I kept them around 80 psi 80% of the time, as I prefer an solid ride, but with these I get the same feel from then as I do the Kenda's at around 65-70psi, and atm running them at 60psi today. Very comfy. And yes, that tread design? Does infact spread the water, far better then the Kenda's did. Thank you Continental: for tire perfection, and thank you for better road traction!

Title: Easy to mount
Review: Some continentals are tight but these went right on without levers and they seem very sturdy and they roll just fine. They feel a little harsh relative to the lighter weight tires I had on there. Part of that might be that they are narrower than claimed. On the cr-18 rims I have on the bike they are closer to 28 than the 32mm they are sized at.

Title: Great ture for the money
Review: 1200 miles on them so far. Great tire all the way around for my daily commute of 26 miles. They keep solid traction in the rain, they are quiet and offer pretty good puncture resistance. Although I've gotten the occasional flat. Nothing even close to being able to say it isn't resistant, but I wouldn't say they are puncture proof. The wear on them is great so far. With over 1000 miles on them and they still look new on the treads. This is the 2nd set I've had, and my next set will be too.

Review: These ran thinner than I thought. Mounted these 32mm on a 700c 23 rim and they measured only 28mm wide. Narrow enough to put on my bianchi road bike with a few mm of room to spare. Super tight fit but doesn’t rub. The quality seems good too. Smooth riding with nice tread pattern for traction.

Title: Versatile tire for pavement or good gravel trails
Review: I have used Continental Contac 32mm tires for 8 years. I have them on a road bike but feel comfortable using them on decent, small particle gravel trails. The main advantage over a smoother 25 mm road bike tire is that when I encounter some grit or gravel or water on the pavement I have more confidence that the bike will not skid because the edge of the tire has a good gripping tread pattern. The relatively smooth center of the tire still allows plenty of speed when the tire is inflated to the maximum. I got about 2800 miles on the last rear tire, and I put 220 pounds of weight on it, and the front tire still has a long way to go.

Title: Spring steel bead
Review: Rubber was in good shape; notably newer stocked item. This was a newer version than my old one that finally wore out and the quality looks to be just as good as before with quiet rolling noise. With the spring steel wire/bead it comes in a large box as these types are not meant to be folded.
