Title: Diet and exercise are key.
Review: I workout 40 minutes a day and watch my diet CAREFULLY, but even like that the fat on my belly remain stubborn ð£ then I came across this product. I put it on my wish list and remained there for 3 months or so, I was so hesitant about getting it because I have sensitive skin and because of the price of this cream. One day I decided to give it a try.....W O W! I am just wishing I got it sooner. As I said before I workout, I lift weights 4 times per week and do cardio 2 days per week, but the fat on my belly is stubborn, my belly looked bumpy. After working out I take a shower I do a sugar scrub on my belly area and then massage it with this cream with the help of an electric massager, then I wrap my belly with plastic and leave there for about 2 hours. The difference is outstanding W O W! My skin looks baby smooth, I have lost 20 inches all over my mid section and the skin is tight. BONUS: the smell of this cream will clear up your sinus congestion, lol. REMEMBER DIET AND EXERCISE ARE KEY, there is NO miracle anything!

Title: Didn't work for me
Review: I tried using this three different times and it did not get any colder than Icyhot does. I tried after a workout out. After my shower and then tried the plastic wrap method. With the plastic wrap it did begin to get cold near the end of the 2 hours. But not cold enough to be helpful. I even tried mixing it before applying. I am returning this item..

Review: Stains everything blue. There is no reason for the blue additive dye. Remove the dye. Also, you can't return it, so 22$ wasted. Unless you'd like to look like a smurf.

Title: GREAT fir cooling in the hot AZ sun
Review: Bought this not for slimming but thinking it would help with muscle pain the "cryo". Turns out this stuff is GREAT for cooling off in the hot AZ sun. Put it on wherever you want and for a couple hours the cooling effect helps in the heat! My husband uses it on his neck and it keeps him cool in the sun! Don't know about the firming action, don't use it everyday in that regard, but to help with the heat this is one great product. I will buy again for that reason alone.

Title: I had my doubts
Review: I work out regularly, as in, an hour doing hot yoga/hot pilates/hot hiit/hot kickboxing 6 days per week, for about a year now. I also don't do grains or refined sugar. While I FEEL great and my body has changed and gotten stronger, I still have that layer of subcutaneous fat on my belly, back, and underarms. I've been looking into some form of cryo-slimming for a while now, and we all know it's expensive. I figured I'd give this a try, having fairly low expectations. I've been using it for a week, applying it morning and night, and lost over an inch on my waist! I didn't measure my underarm fat, but my bra fits better too. It's not as cold as I was expecting, and I'd probably get better results if I went to a med-spa and did some actual cryo-slimming with a machine, but for $30, I'll take it!
