In our goal of being your best source for all things towing, the CURT line of trailer jacks is designed with care and manufactured with pride. CURT jacks are made with quality to promote the life and function of your trailer, and they come in several different styles to accommodate your needs, whether you are a frequenter of the boat landing, the campground, the racetrack or the field. Designed to withstand the wear and tear of frequent water exposure, CURT marine jacks are the jack of choice for the avid fisherman or boating enthusiast. Our marine jacks have a few features that make them a special addition to our trailer jack line. Unlike any of our other jacks, CURT marine trailer jacks are equipped with wheels, allowing for greater mobility and easier coupling of your trailer. Choose from models with one or two wheels. Marine jacks also have a heavy-duty pull-pin that allows them to pivot on their mounting bracket to be out of the way for travel. To protect them from corrosion and the damage of moisture, these jacks come with a zinc finish. This CURT marine jack features a support capacity of 1,200 lbs., a lift capacity of 1,200 lbs., a travel of 10" and a wheel diameter of 6". It comes with a side-wind handle and all the necessary bolt-on hardware for a complete installation. It does not matter what kind of trailer you tow -- a boat trailer, utility trailer, livestock hauler or recreational vehicle trailer -- if you have a receiver-style trailer, you will want a jack that complements its function. For a trailer jack that will not steer you wrong, CURT has the answer.
DEPENDABLE STRENGTH — This boat trailer jack is rated for 1,200 lbs. support capacity and 1,200 lbs. lift capacity, and it comes with 3/8-16 x 4" bolt-on hardware to fit 2" x 2" to 3" x 5" trailer frames
CONVENIENT MOBILITY — For easier coupling and positioning of your boat trailer, this jack comes with a 6-inch diameter trailer jack wheel
EASY OPERATION — This trailer tongue jack allows for 11 inches of vertical movement and operates using a side-wind handle (12-1/2-inch retracted height, 23-1/2-inch extended height)
SWIVEL DESIGN — To ensure plenty of clearance while towing your trailer, this trailer jack stand is equipped with a swivel bracket. The jack swings up and out of the way for towing and features a heavy-duty pull pin to securely lock into place
CORROSION-RESISTANT — For long-lasting corrosion resistance against water, dirt, road salt and more, this marine boat trailer jack is protected in a durable zinc-plated finish

Title: Seems to be of good quality
Review: Initial review. Will revise if something changes.Really haven't used it other then connecting to the hitch to see how well it raised and lowered, and pushed the boat around a little while sitting on the jack to see how well it rolled.Purchased this jack to replace a 7 year old Fulton jack that rusted to the point to where I thought I better replace it soon. It still functioned OK, but the spring used to hold the lock pin was ready to go (very rusted), as was other parts of the hitch. 7 years is not bad (live on the coast of FL, and use the boat in salt water). I hope to get somewhere near that many years with this one. Time will tell, but they're all going to rust unless you get the very expensive Fulton aluminum hitch. The old hitch was attached to the trailer with 4 through bolts (didn't use the brackets like the ones supplied with this hitch). I was hoping the bolt holes for this (different brand) hitch might by chance match the bolt holes used by the Fulton so that I could simply mount the same way (bolt through the frame). They did. Made for an easy installation, but if I had to use the brackets, that would have been just as easy. The jack works fine. Seems to be well built, sturdy, goes up and down with ease, and rolls really easy (this may be due to the fact that the wheel is brand new/smooth - may or may not roll as easy once the wheel gets roughed up). Recommended.

Title: Looks and works like new after 4 years: upgraded to 5 stars
Review: [Update: Still works smoothly and looks like new after almost 4 full years, so upgraded rating. I should note that it only goes into fresh water pond at beginning and end of season, but gets lots of rain, snow and weather.]Original Review: Could use mounting instructions; and not made in U.S.A.I just installed it on the empty trailer for my 17-foot O'Day Daysailer. Lack of instructions is a problem, especially if you never installed one before. Here are some tips I learned the hard way:• If your trailer tongue is greater than 2.5 inches thick (height), don't try to mount it with the groove in the mounting plate aligned horizontally. All the pictures shows it in this position, but it will be much sturdier with the groove aligned vertically.• Be sure to place the removable brackets with the flat side inward against the trailer tongue.• Locate the single hole in the brackets at the top, and the multiple holes at the bottom. That allows you to insert the bolts so they fit most closely against the tongue.Overall it seems well made: jack runs smoothly, good bolts, mounting brackets and nice nylon lock nuts. And seems well finished in zinc coating. Time will tell how long it lasts. . . I don't believe this jack is made in the U.S.A. Maybe the box is.

Title: Good jack for the money
Review: The one reason I went to 4 stars is that as soon as the wheel comes off the ground when cranking the handle in the up direction, the wheel starts to spin with the handle and stops raising. You have to prevent the wheel form spinning to get it to go up further. Kind of a pain. Also, it's too bad that it's not readily available in a version with a foot plate instead of the useless wheel

Title: So far, so good
Review: Only received the jack about 2 weeks ago. Was a bit surprised with the product packing, or should I say what packing? In spite of the look of the box, the contents were still there. I was pleasantly surprised to find the mounting bolts and nuts still in the box. Mounting was not difficult although I suggest having a jack on hand to hold the tongue in place for removal and replacement. I am very satisfied with the sturdiness and the value for the money. I would recommend this trailer jack.

Title: sturdy and well built, solid construction.
Review: A few years ago, I ordered and installed a CURT hitch receiver for my Ford Ranger. There was one small parts problem which CURT service quickly resolved with the correct part. Now, I needed a trailer hitch jack for the light trailer I'm building, so I ordered another CURT product. It is easily sturdy enough for this lightweight trailer, and works smoothly and easily. My one issue is the attachment system with the plate on the jack, and the two metal strips/clamps. On my small trailer hitch bars this would not work at all and stay tight. So I created my own secure 'clamp' (see picture) with plywood and 2x2s. With this system it is absolutely rigid and secure. That's why I gave the install rating 4 stars. Otherwise a great product.

Title: Just What I Wanted/Needed ---AGAIN
Review: Just received my second jack. The first one is so much better than others that I've had that I bought another one.Interestingly, the box this one came is was also torn open. For the weight, the cardboard seems too flimsy. Didn't affect the jack however.I have tried other jacks but they were flimsy or wouldn't fit. This unit is strong and well built and fit perfectly. I would recommend. The only issue that wouldn't affect my 5 starts is that the box was very damaged. UPS had to tape it all up.
