Title: Great resource, terrible kindle version
Review: I've listened to BTK since I was an intern and always appreciated either ABSITE review episodes. They have gotten me through 5 years of residency and oral boards successfully. I purchased the kindle version of this book in preparation for the April 2021 qualifying exam (yes I was part of the cohort that got screwed by the bungled remote written boards given in July 2020). I think overall the book is a good resource that provides a quick and comprehensive overview of important topics and is an easy read. My biggest gripe is that the kindle version (at least the one that is on my laptop) is not very good. Weird scripting and formatting. A couple of times things were unreadable and you can't double click and enlarge images like you can on other kindle textbooks. If the kindle version is somehow patched/fixed then this would be an easy 5 star.

Title: Fantastic absite resource; worth every penny!
Review: I was hesitant to buy this since I have the first edition on kindle and the new edition is more expensive, but the podcast has been so clutch for me as an intern that I figured I should support the authors. Itâs totally worth it! Just as organized as the prior edition, but the illustrations make all the difference, at least for me. Highly recommend!

Title: Great update. Few requests
Review: Happy uou updated 2mm margins in DCISLiked the new chaptersId love to see more in depth detailes on sarcomas and melanomas.Recomend that the next update will have different colors in colon screening and staging. Also if possible, add anothe colomb of what treatment protocole and one page summery of the most relevant game changing articles like Z11 and cross flot etc' as they come up in oral boards often. All in all i love your charts staging. Helped make sence of NCCN and understand from where we talk about NA / Adjuvant.

Title: 10/10 Recommend
Review: This is my first experience with BTK's Podcast Companion. I have thoroughly enjoyed this. It follows along pretty closely with the direction of the podcast. I have really enjoyed the effort by the BTK team to implement current guidelines and landmark literature into the Companion. Overall, this is a great resource, and I highly recommend purchasing this and telling all of your general surgery resident colleagues and students about this.

Title: Hits all the basics!
Review: I used BTK for all 5 years of surgery residency and now re-visiting for written boards. Great coverage of the basics and a quality written addition to their ABSITE and surgery board review podcasts. They continue to improve the resource with illustrations, updates, and a paper copy which is perfect for highlighting and making notes. Much appreciated BTK, A+

Title: Great for study material but weak book binding
Review: Great content in the book and great for studying. The only reason why I couldnât give 5 stars is because when I received the book-the first 25 pages is only partially attached to the book binding and so now I am dealing with pages starting to fall out and I have only had the book for less than a week.

Title: Great addition to study materials
Review: I loved having a book to follow along with the podcast. Great content and easy to follow. Worth the money and a great addition to ABSITE studying in addition to just listening to the podcast episodes.
