WASHING AND CARE TIPS: The conductive sheets are machine washable. Use warm water and liquid laundry detergent. It is recommended to wash them once every one or two weeks. The grounding pad can be wiped with soapy water, a non-abrasive cloth or a sponge, and the grounding strap can be hand washed in warm water. Tumble dry at low temperatures or hang dry to maximize the life of your silver fiber fabric.

Title: Working beautifully!!
Review: OMG what kind of witchcraft is this??? My sleep has dramatically improved….and I have proof! I bought a Smart Ring for the sole purpose of monitoring my sleep. I generally have averaged 3.5-5 hours of sleep for years and going about in a fog all day. I was actually diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at Stanford. I wore the ring and monitored my sleep for 4 nights before putting the sheets on the bed and have kept it on for the 2.5 weeks I’ve been using them. I am actually experiencing 6.5-8+ hours most nights/week now! I’m more alert and productive in the mornings and getting things done! I saw my therapist yesterday and my Naturopathic doctor today and both remarked that I seemed more “vibrant” and “energetic” than they’ve ever seen me. The sheets are very comfortable and, except for a little buzzing in my feet for a couple of minutes the first night, I don’t feel anything while laying on them. Yesterday I ordered a bed mat for traveling. I’m so happy with this products. Restful sleep is so wonderful.

Title: Doesn't work
Review: Waited too long to test it as instructed in packaging so now I am out $85 for a crappy sheet that doesn't ground because the return window has closed. WHAT A WASTE OF GOOD MONEY. Suggest you buy from a company that actually puts the silver in sheet so it grounds.

Title: Coarse and discolored after one wash, and too narrow
Review: I have only used the sheet for one night so far, so can’t speak to the grounding effects. But I am disappointed with the color and texture. I washed it immediately after unpackaging it. Even if I didn’t normally do that with new things, it would have needed it due to the strong chemical smell from the plastic packaging. I noticed right away that the feel of the sheet was pretty rough and had hoped that a spin through the washer and dryer would help make it feel nicer. It didn’t. Somehow it came out coarser and rougher than before the wash. I use all natural, fragrance free laundry detergent eco sheets, no fabric softeners or dryer sheets or other products. Certainly nothing harsh like bleach. Which is also why it was weird that when the sheet came out of the wash, the sides were a slightly different color than the top. My final criticism is that the queen size is not quite wide enough for an actual queen sized mattress. it’s about 2 inches short on either side (so 4” too narrow). Which means it doesn’t go all the way down the side of the mattress and tuck under. I’m definitely considering returning it and would not recommend it.

Title: NICE SHEETS BUT A BIT OVER PRICED
Review: BEEN USING THEM SINCE I GOT THEM IN THE MAIL, THEY A NOT SUPER SOFT BUT THEY ARE OK FOR WHAT HEY ARE. THEY ARE GROUNDED AND YOU CAN TEST THAT WITH A TESTER THAT IS PROVIDED WITH YOUR SHEETS. AS FOR IMPROVING MY SLEEP NOT SURE ABOUT THAT, BUT I WILL SAY I HAVE HAD A BIT MORE RESTFUL SLEEP WITH THE SHEETS. I WILL GIVE THEM SOME TIME TO PROOF THEM OUT, BUT I THINK THEY ARE VERY PRICEY FOR WHAT YOU GET BUT I AM OK WITH THIS PURCHASE.
