Title: Great lilttle guides
Review: These are great little books for the locker or flight bag. Just the gouge you need to brush up before a check ride. Have used these for years and an IP and a student. Always get asked where I get them. I picked them up in some pilot shop traveling.....Old ones were getting ragged. lots of notes and corrections. Now its easy to replace them and tell everyone they are on amazon.

Title: Great concise manual, but could use a little updating
Review: I have the full "Flight Bag series" and I generally find them a very unique resource. I especially like the Rules of Thumb - it has all those little formulas that many of us have a hard time keeping right at the tip of our tongues. The BFR guide is a nice orderly way to approach a flight review. Topics are laid out in a good logical sequence, and if you find yourself going through it thinking "yeah, I know all that" - then you're probably ready for your flight review. The one criticism I have is that it could use a little updating here and there. I didn't find anything at all on Basic Med, and the information on transponders and so forth is outdated since the ADSB rules went into effect back in 2020.It's definitely worth the price though - I'd encourage all pilots to keep a set of these in the flight bag...they make a much easier to use reference than most of the alternatives I've seen.

Title: Read this before your Flight Review.
Review: Spend more time concentrating on your areas for improvement when you already posses the fundamental knowledge. Do the prep. This book accomplishes that. A quick, easy read.

Title: An utilitarian tool
Review: The book is OK but do not expect any fun in reading it. It is a dry collection of facts, rules, must know stuff.
