Title: This is a great Book but the new one same author is also recommended
Review: This was a great book! Full of simple to implement ideas that helped me to grow my Airbnb to much more revenue and attention. AND it was out early enough to make a difference. I DO highly recommend this book and for more AND more Importantly DO Get the next book. This guy absolutely Knows his stuff about Airbnb and Short Term rentals. Way ahead of the crowd now w/great experience! GET IT - Also available on Audible for those of us who are busy but drive alot (Property Mangers) and Owners too.

Title: Great consise info, great for newbies!
Review: First, there is a lot of info out there. So much, that it can be overwhelming. I read the 1 and 2 star reviews, and I have to disagree with them. (I can easily overlook typos, yes there are a few, no biggie!) I mainly disagree because he worked for Airbnb. He has great insider knowledge as to how the listings are ranked etc. Some of this is no brainier info, but some of it was eye opening to me. My occupancy is way down right now. This book gives clear and concise advice on different strategies that can help my issue. As far as it only pertaining to Airbnb, as one reviewer pointed out, that is in the title of the book. Airbnb is an entity, not a generic term. Generic would be "vacation rental." I decided to sit down in my local coffee shop and read a couple of chapters to try and get my listing optimized. Well, I'm in chapter 12 and suddenly feel as if I can optimize my listing using some of the strategies in Rusteen's book. Pricing has been a huge stressor for me, and I really think I can utilize his advice here and up my occupancy. Maybe I'll find a book on VRBO next, but one step at a time I suppose. Thanks Daniel for helping out the newbies and the seasoned!

Title: If you follow this, you will dummy proof your Airbnb
Review: Danny wrote a great book on how to not only optimize your listing, but to place, and keep your Airbnb listing at the highest efficiency, make it highly automated (so you can have a life) and also most profitable. Some of the things in the book, i had kind of figured out on my own.... but mostly, it was filled with plenty more great ideas and nuggets of info that have improved my listing, far beyond what i would have figured out on my own. It probably took Danny just as long, but that's why we're getting a book filled with his past 5-10 years of experience; so hopefully we can do it in 5-10 months.I have changed a ton of things on my listing and directly used some of his verbiages for some of the less specific kind of categories. I would say i changed something in every single one of the categories. It looks better, and it reads much better too. I liked all of the tips for Low Season as the majority of places have them typically. That is my next project as we are in the heart of the low right now.I also reached out to Danny by email and he was super quick to respond to each email. This guy has dedication and a great work ethic. I'd invest in his start up :)Thanks Danny

Title: Exactly what we needed!
Review: I have one of these for myself, bought one for a friend, getting another one so my husband can go over it. It's that good. We listed on Airbnb. I felt lost. Needed guidance. I wanted a book with like 2000 reviews that said the book was amazing and changed their lives. I did not find a book with so many reviews. Anywhere. So I took a chance on this one with only 100 reviews but at least they were all 5 stars. Sooooo glad I did. Why have only less than 200 people reviewed this book?? It has changed our biz, FOR SURE! We were new owners at 30 views (not reviews, just views in a sea of 15,000 beach condo listings) of our little condo on Airbnb. After reading the first chapter I revamped everything the book said to thus far which didn't cost me anything but time. Within 3 days we were up to 100 (per day) views on Airbnb and actual bookings. We were ecstatic!! I'm now further into the book and rereading and fixing, repeat. We have been booked since mid Aug (purchase of condo) every night but 2 at a beach condo during the 'off' season. Couldn't be happier that I found this diamond of a book. And since the author promises to read all his reviews here...THANK YOU!! I'm glad you found 'your thang' and are sharing it with the world in this book. I consider this a true game changer. To say the least, it is a MUST READ for any new or old Airbnb host.

Title: Good info but a lot of sales pitches
Review: Super invaluable information and put together decently but IMO too many product reviews and convenient links to paid services and products. I know authors use this to make money but when you see too many makes you wonder if the recommendation is really a product they believe in or just another opportunity to get paid on an affiliate link? After too many your the trust level starts to drop, that's all I'm saying. But other than that great book and quality info!

Les autres auteurs ne pense't à leurs livres que comme un produit d'appel pour des formations pauvres ou des abonnements inutiles. Avec ce livre vous appliquez pas à pas et faites une découverte à chaque page. Ce livre est bourré de bon sens et Renvoi toute l'expérience de l'auteur. Un plaisir à lire au quotidien. Merci pour tout...Seul bémol: les références ne sont pas actuelles, datent de la publication soit 2018. Du coup les liens ne sont pas à jour.
