Title: Got it. Installed it. It works.
Review: The product is great. What I don't like has to do with the refrigerator itself. The location of the filter makes it difficult to remove the old and install the new filters. More importantly, it is so darned difficult to remove the old filter. Whenever I have to replace it there are a lot of explitives that end up coming out of my mouth until I can finally fully twist and remove the old one.

Title: Hard to find and expensive.
Review: I have been trying to get this replacement filter for 2 years, finding it only at the manufacturer's site or in Australia or New Zealand. Don't know why this little one is so difficult or what is so magic that it is so expensive. I hope the major filter sellers can get this one and start selling it.The manufacturer recommends every 6 months to change it, and it's $80! I waited 2 years before changing (have to learn how to turn off the annoying reminder light on the F&P frig - not hard but not intuitive). I think I'll let this one run another 2 years before replacing.Replacing it is simple if you don't mind clearing out the top right shelf of the frig, you enjoy a steady beep reminding you that the door has been open too long, and you have really long arms and a strong grip. At least it's simple once you get there. Got to love the F&P engineers who have no clue what their customer might want. But it's a prestigious brand! I do really like the frig.

Title: Great replacement
Review: Just moved into a new rental which had a fridge that required this filter.Hardest thing was just removing the old filter! It took a ridiculous amount of force to remove. It isn’t the fault of the filter though, water tastes great once I fully managed to change it. No issues with leaking out dripping.But it really took a lot of force to remove the older one. I say this as a mid 30’s male. So if you are fighting out, you are not alone.

Review: Theses filters have very short amount of filtration life. Need to replace it every 3-4 weeks. Water starts to become very slow after 4 weeks, which a cup of water takes 5 mins to fill up.

Review: My refrigerator has an internal filter location - unique for this brand. I had to unload the refrigerator, remove the shelves, and still had a very difficult time removing the old filter. It’s absolutely ridiculous how expensive these filters are. Had I realized, it may have swayed my decision in buying my refrigerator.

Review: This is listed as the filter number 847201 but is actually the 847200. While they look very similar they are not interchangeable and will not fit a fisher and paykel fridge that uses the 847201 filter.
