Title: Highly recommended for all CED management trainees
Review: As a new management trainee for CED, I found this book to be very insightful as to how successful profit centers operate. It was a good way to jump into some of the industry lingo while providing the "bird's eye" view of common situations that arise which can help to distinguish the mediocre center from the great one. The book was written in 2005, so some technical details such as faxing or phone line limitations are somewhat dated, but overall it is an excellent read.Disclaimer: I have no other basis for comparison for management training materials specific to this company, but for someone with no sales or electrical distribution experience I found it to be an excellent investment.

Review: A very well written book on the subject of operating an electrical distribution wholesaler. Cuts to the heart of the business and leaves out the fluff that typically gets in the way of profitibility.
