Title: Enjoyable book!
Review: If you like Fostoria American #2056 you will like this book. It is in no way the "definitive" source for this pattern but the pictures are well done and the author covers all the major pieces. It has some early catalog pictures and some retail ads pictured, too. I see something new everytime I look it over. Well worth it!

My friend inherited family Fostoria and is always on the lookout for 'new' pieces to add to her collection.While visiting a nearby historical town, one store owner had this book and several lovely pieces of Fostoria. So I purchased this book for her. She was so excited!!Now, when we go 'shopping', my friend carries HER own copy and she's been amazed at all the pieces she now knows exactly what they are for. Title: FOSTORIA WITH LESLIE PINA
Review: I collect Fostoria American and have always used the Sidney Seligson books exclusively as a reference. I kept seeing references made to the Leslie Pina book on Fostoria American and decided to order it and see what all it contained. I am very happy to have this book also. It contains additional information about the different labels used for Fostoria, sketches of the original drawings for the pattern, and includes other informational not available in Seligson's books. It however make reference to his book and the information he provides. The book also contains very vivid pictures of the pieces in the pattern, and the prices are on the same page with the pictures. It is a definite to have for anyone who collects Fostoria American.
