Title: Wonderful beginning to a series
Review: Frieren volume one is a fantastic beginning to series taking a different angle on the classic story of a group of heroes saving the world. In this series they explore the events of what happens after the heroes save the world and through the POV of one its members Frieren. The difference is Frieren is an elf whose lifespan is much greater than that of her other members. We go on a journey with her and how she begins to appreciate the smaller things in life and to empathize with those whose lifespans are much shorter than hers.

Title: Beautiful but somber series
Review: This book is great just to start off I have already bought the 2nd book and cant wait to read it. But speaking to book 1 it is a great read. While a sad topic of time and change its covered beautifully and Frieren's growth in just this book is great. Additionally the art is great no complaints there. Despite the sad atmospshere the book is a read that I feel inspires and teaches. So if your looking for a story that follows a character growing and understanding others as well as the world around em its here. Also an anime is on the way so why not dive into the book now.

Review: It's my first manga and I have to say it's pretty good. Compared to anime there's quite a lot left to the imagination.Something to be aware of if you haven't read any before is you get through it pretty quickly. Took me around 3 hours to finish. Waiting for the second volume to arrive.
