Title: controls my ASU18RLF fine
Review: Put batteries in, pointed it at the ASU18RLF and pressed the 'On' button until the unit came to life and released the button. That's it, works fine and controls all the functions. I bought this ten buck replacement because I couldn't fine the original and a week later I opened the draw that it was hiding in so now I have a nice spare. That's the way it always works. Good purchase.

Title: They work but...
Review: I am able to turn my unit on and off and adjust the temperature, BUT it can't get the screen to display in Fahrenheit. I have watched countless videos and cannot figure out how to switch it. I have to actually figure it out which is OKAY at best, but I can't trust that everyone in my family will even try. It's not very convenient.
