Title: I've recommended them to several other people already.
Review: I have a 2000 Tacoma regular cab 2wd. I pull a 6x12 single axle utility trailer with lawn equipment roughly 1,500 pounds. The original leaf springs on the truck were fine but left quite a bit to be desired. If I stood in the bed of my truck, it would sag a few inches. If I rocked back and forth in the bed of the truck, there was noticeable sway/roll. Once I installed the parts, I would stand in the back of the truck and it would sag about 1-2 inches but then stop. It isn't a hard stop, but the suspension just gets noticeably firmer after the first inch or 2 of sag. When trying to rock the truck back and forth there is about a 75-80% improvement in the amount of sway/roll that happens. The truck feels firmer. It feels sturdier. The ride is slightly rougher than it was previously, but previously the ride wasn't that great to begin with, so it didn't affect my enjoyment of the vehicle in any way. It does a much better job of pulling the trailer when the trailer is under a load. When the trailer is empty there is no noticeable difference. This is a great product for the price. It was easy to install... if you can change your oil then you can install these helper springs.

Title: Excellent product! Installation took less than 45 minutes
Review: Excellent product! Installation took less than 45 minutes. Installed on a 1999 Ford Ranger 1/2 ton. The truck used to sag in the rear from the weight of a small camper shell. When I sat on the tailgate, the rear end would drop 1 1/2" (I weigh 175 lbs). Now the truck sits level and the rear end drops only 3/4" when I sit on the tailgate. It also seems to ride smoother, less "schmoosh."

Title: Works Great On a Minivan
Review: Our single leaf spring on our 01 DGC are soft and under load, the rear would say. Bought these to give better lift and stability and they work great. It's been over a year since installed and they have held up well. There is no sag in the rear when 7 passengers loaded and handling is well controlled. Took about an hour to install.

Title: Great customer service
Review: Very easy to put on. When the treads were messed up on one of the U bolts, I called customer service and I had replacements within a couple days. I had put on the front half on both sides, so I didn't have to take them off waiting for the new U bolts. Even with just half of the springs installed, It still made a huge difference when carrying mulch.

Title: Doesn't fit 2nd Generation Ram 1500
Review: Add state's this fits 2001 dodge ram 1500 but it's not even close. Besides wasting my time I have to pay $19 in postage to send it back for a refund. Of course they don't cover that cost!! BUYER BEWARE

Title: Best $150 spent on 2000 Tacoma 4x4 SR-5
Review: Easy, no- headache installation as others have already confirmed. At about 1/3 of total adjustment it gives me a level heightwith 250 lbs. on the receiver hitch or 450 lbs in the bed and still smooth & comfortable ride. Plenty of adjustment left for heavier loads.Added benefit is like having a stabilizer (anti-sway bar) on rear axle⦠lot less roll/ lean on hard turns.Only tools I needed for this project was an 11/16â box-end wrench and floor jackâ¦socket wonât clear 2 of the bolts next to the shock mounts.Didnât even have to remove the tires! Simple, inexpensive and well-designed product.

Title: love them
Review: didn't think this was going to work. i have 300 k on my ranger, it has been over loaded a number of times, but it hasn't, it was weak springs, install was easy in front of the axle, on the rear, i had to cut the leaf spring clamp, not a big deal if you have a sawzall , all in all took me an 1 hour, back end is about 1 to 1.5 inches higher, test drive, big difference, handles like a dream, i don't feel the role like before, load is not a problem as before, 10 bags of top soil by my tail gate, would sag the back end, now , 15 bags and it move an inch, not 4 inches like before, i love these, faster then putting in new spring and a little cheaper, should have done this years ago.

Review: The rear Hellwig is completely tightened down on both ends, and the front Hellwig is partially tightened down on the front--for my setup. Without the experience of towing my toy hauler and having weight in the box, I am really impressed/happy with how they firmed up the rear of the truck. My truck handles better now when driving it. I can't wait to see the outcome (how it sits and handles) when hooking up the toy hauler and adding weight to the box. Initially, the rebound clip, on the front of the leaf spring, was in the way and inhibit the install. I emailed Hellwig, and they were on the phone with me in less than 12 hours. Hellwig provided great support. Based on the initial outcome, I am really happy with my purchase and feel the product exceeded my expectations.

Review: product tightened up my worn out leaf springs but i lost a few nuts first trip out as the vibrations loosened things up so again, use a thread locker to help prevent this. otherwise the bolt on to my 07 canyon was strait forward until i realized the spring pack shackles got in the way, so i used a grinder and cut them off, they weren't needed. It managed to lift up the rear end about 1.5 inches (not that i bought this kit for that ) and now my truck doesn't bottom out as easy. was worth the $$

Review: This may be a fine product but it is NOT meant for a 05-15 Toyota Tacoma with the TSB spring replacement. The hellwig website actually provides the correct product fitment guide. Amazon needs to get their info straight.= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

Review: Installed on a 2014 Xterra they do fit, with one minor modification. Cutting the top of the rear spring clip flush with the top of the spring pack. These have dramatically increased load carrying and ride. To install I jacked up the rear and allowed the suspension to fully droop. Then tightened the helpers so there is no play in the second set of u-bolts (you must tighten one u-bolt per spring closest to the axle all the way to hold it) this allows the load carrying capacity to come into effect and not stress the leaf pack or the helper spring too much with no load.

Customers say
Customers find the product easy to install with clear instructions. They say it works well and improves the overall ride quality of their trucks. The springs stiffen the suspension, reducing wheel hop. Customers are happy with the value for money and spring strength. However, opinions differ on the fit.
