Title: And it wasn't easy finding a stand that would hold two 80lb
Review: The Hercules KS410B met my expectations. And it wasn't easy finding a stand that would hold two 80lb, 88 key workstations. At it's lowest setting I can sit down at the first keyboard comfortably and reach the second keyboard w/out problems. This setup does not move, it works well for home studio. For road use? Yes, I would have liked this when I was on the road, not for 2 wk stations, but for anything else. It's easy to set up & tear down, has nice 'feet room' underneath and it looks impressive but in an unassuming way. Keep in mind this is 2 tier, no option for a third.

Title: Best of the ZZZZZZZZ
Review: By far my favorite z stand. Its lighter than Onstage and easier to break down then Onstage and Quiklok. Nice and sturdy. the top tier mounts to the bottom and can stay in place so that its easiest to remove the side arms and fold them flat. To break this down you will end up with 4 flat pieces. The left 2nd tir arm, the right second tier arm, the stand folded with the 2nd tierbases attached (still folds flat), and the 4th piece is the 2nd tier stabilizer adjustable tube.

Title: Good product. Zero instructions and NO factory support available.
Review: Pretty easy to figure out if you're mechanically inclined but the stand comes with zero instructions. Came with two long rubber strips with adhesive on the back; I can't figure out where they're supposed to go. Wrote to Hercules (they're in Taiwan) via their Facebook page but they don't respond. The product is sturdy and well made but I'm concerned that if I ever need a replacement part, none will likely be available because you can't contact anyone at Hercules. I gave the product 4 stars because it's a pretty good two-tier stand but deducted one star due to the no-support available problem.

Title: Holds expensive keyboards securely
Review: On the bottom I have a Dave smith Prophet 6. On top is a Native Instruments Komplete Kontroller 61, tilted down. There is absolutely zero concern of anything falling, rocking, or anything else that would inspire fear while using this. It's completely adjustable, and the top tier can be tilted down as well to play both keyboards in a single sitting or standing position.Scissor style stands (even single tier) suck and are a joke. They wobble and flex. All of them. The only better solution than this is stud-mounted racks, but that even has two compound points of fail. An array of these stands are great.I also trust my entire guitar collection to Hercules stands (the 5/7). Worth it!

Review: Hercules always seems to miss the mark in certain aspects of their designs.A player has two angle choice for the top tier. Read: two angle choices. If neither one is "it", this is not the system for you. Also, if you're setting up and breaking down night after night, that top tier has nowhere to go. Either take it off, or leave it on.It's the weak link in the system, needs a redesign.

Title: Finally a Stand I Can Trust
Review: After buying and returning two Ultimate Stands, I finally have a stand I can trust. The Ultimate second tiers seemed like poorly designed afterthoughts. They were either flimsy, or required extensive modification of the stand. This Hercules stand has a sturdy, well designed second tier that I trust to hold a heavy keyboard on the second tier. Well done!
Customers say
