Title: Great tool for the Money
Review: The sockets that it comes with you can throw right in the trash. I bought this tool specifically because I bought a Kino battery operated ratchet. I was really impressed with the ratchet so I tried this brand in the impact form. I had all intentions of returning it if it turned out to be a piece of junk. guess what I still have it it's not a piece of junk. I use it in automotive applications and it does the job. it's not a very strong Ugga dugga, sometimes you have to break the lug nuts loose with a breaker bar because somebody else put them on too tight, but it really works well. it has eliminated the use of an air compressor. which saves time and aggravation from not having to deal with an air hose. just charge the battery when you're ready to start working it charges really fast and it gives it it's all the whole time.

Title: stood by warranty
Review: I withheld review of this impact wrench until I received warranty replacement. Originally ordered May of 2022. Wrench is compact and powerful. Used it occasionally for 5 months, then it started stopping 10 or 15 seconds after the trigger was pulled. This was with a full battery charge. Contacted the seller about published 2 year warranty. Although they did not want to pay for return of the item, they asked for volt readings on wrench and battery (good thing I had a volt meter and knew how to use it.) They also required a video of the (non) operation of of the wrench. After several phone calls and emails, and jumping through all their hoops, they did send a replacement, sockets and all. So I will say the seller stood by their warranty in a timely manner.

Title: Smaller then I thought it would be
Review: Smaller then I thought but when I tried it it worked well and zipped my.lug nuts right of my car amd truck.one of 80 ft lbs and the other was 120 from lbs and pulled them both off easily.very compact and lightweight which scared me a bit but agter useing it so far its doing better then I expected!

Review: I was hoping it'd be good but it only has maybe just over 100 ft lb of torque not 400 ft lb of torque. It was not able to loosen the lugnuts of my car. Also the extension just twisted. It may work for small jobs or loose lugnuts but not for this real use case. I just put a short clip but I tried for a longer period of time.

Review: 2nd Update: The new tool that I was promised has not arrived as of this writing. Dec. 2, 2021. Should it take 2 months? Or is it just never going to arrive?Update: Kimo reached out to me 3 times, and very politely asked me to understand that new batteries are in production and will be stocked soon. Meantime, they are sending me a new tool with battery for my use. AMAZING! Based on this top-tier customer service, I am increasing my rating. While this tool would benefit from a 4.0Ah battery, I understand that I am using this more than the average shadetree mechanic. My satisfaction has been restored by Kimo. Thank you!used this recently to pull a transmission from a vehicle, and the 2.0Ah battery dies too quickly. (Update: this is not unusual. A few minutes of heavy and constant use can drain the best batteries.) I was using this under some heavy loads, but it literally dies after a few minutes of use. I figured that the issue may be the battery size and saw that a 4.0Ah battery was technically available for purchase, but no. None. Nowhere to be found. Not even a 2nd 2.0Ah battery. So if your battery dies, you are done until it charges. (Update: battery charges very fast and Kimo is sending me a spare tool and battery!!! Truly amazing customer service!)Also, the forward and reverse button is right where you grip the handle and clicks too easily, constantly changing it out of reverse. I like to tool, but will keep the low rating until Kimo gets some decent batteries out into the marketplace. (Update: I am getting used to the button placement and I do have big hands...no jokes please. The battery needs to be bigger, but Kimo is sending me a spare tool and battery for my use. 5-star customer service...they reached out to me! )
