Review: I showed this to my wife, thinking it could possibly help her with her severe anxiety, She is also trying to quit smoking at the same time, and she has reduced her intake by 75%. She has been wearing the necklace for the past 5 days and she believes it is helping her; she holds it in her hands like a cigarette. Title: Great in theory
Review: I thought it was a great idea and a discreet easy to use tool when I first read the ad. It is easy to use, just put it in your mouth and blow through it. But it's not at all discreet. Right away when I first put it on I realized a few things about actually using it. First and foremost, if I'm in a public situation, where I am more likely to be anxious, and just randomly pick up my necklace pendant, put it in my mouth and start breathing through it, that's going to attract a lot of attention. It's going to look pretty weird. The last thing I need when I'm anxious is to draw attention to myself and have people start staring and wondering what I'm doing. Secondly, I do like that it comes with a little cloth and brush, but unless you are carrying those around in your pocket, you won't be able to clean it before/after each use. The thought of not being able to wipe it down before I put it in my mouth, of letting it hang there are full of saliva after blowing on it, or worse, putting it back in my mouth after I've already used it , all just seem so gross to me. It's great in theory, not so much in practice.

Title: Not All as Advertised But Great
Review: Truthfully, there is only one definite con with this which I will get to at the end. As for pros:It's beautiful! I got it in silver, as jewelry-wise, I prefer silver over gold, so I chose that color. It's sturdy, and has some heft to it without feeling like it will weight down your neck. The chain is also strong so no worries about it breaking and losing it. The packaging it comes in is one of the better ones I've seen in a while. It includes a little card with an affirmation you can recite as you breathe into it.It also includes a pipe cleaner to clean this inside of the tube and a small cloth to polish the outside to a pristine shine. I am trying to quit vaping and while I do not necessarily think this will work, it's worth a shot. But I didn't get it in the hopes of that. I got it for calming breaths and because it's pretty.The only con is the picture shows a spinner ring to aid in relieving stress, and that was not on the one I received. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase and it may easily be my standard wear around my neck.
