Title: GREAT customer service!!!
Review: I purchased this hot tub for Christmas. It was delivered fast and in great condition. I set it up and was so surprised at how sturdy this hot tub is. I can easily sit on the sides and it doesn't budge. When I thought of a blow up hot tub, I thought it would be flimsy, like a kids hot tub --- IT IS NOT!!! It is strong and thick. It was VERY simple to set up. Directions are straightforward. I had it up and running within 30 minutes. I was able to set my tankless water heater to 104 degrees and fill the hot tub with hot water so I was able to get in it that night! The bubbles are strong and do seem to be therapeutic - not as therapeutic as a hot tub with jets that are directional, but beggars can't be choosers. It definitely works well for my aching bones and muscles. The filters work well. I can go about two weeks without changing them. I usually rotate them so I only have to replace one at a time. I don't mess with the pH levels much and it stays clear. Just add a little chlorine and you are good to go.I did have a bit of a hiccup. After 2 or 3 weeks, I got an error code that meant the heater wasn't working. It was a pump issue - defective. So I emailed DMJ, the company that sold it to me. They were GREAT! I did have to box it all back up and ship it all back to them, but...well worth it, since the makers of it were saying it would take 2-1/2 months to send me a part to fix it myself. NO WAY!!! I sent it back to them and they sent me a brand new one. It works perfectly. I haven't had a problem yet. I love this hot tub and I am in it constantly. Well worth the investment! I will hopefully eventually be able to afford a real one, but for the time being, this one is excellent.

Title: The energy saver cover is real!
Review: They figured it out. Full transparency this is my third Intex hot tub that needed to be replaced for various reasons. As you can see most of the reviewers comment itâs great in the summer and horrible in the winter, was true for me too until this latest model with the energy efficient cover. Itâs been 13°F at night over the last week in the hot tub has stayed consistently at 104°F. The cover is not the easiest thing to take on and off. Weâre still considering purchasing a. "real."hot tub, but this thing is so inexpensive and so compact I think weâll just continue to replace it as needed. Itâs great highly recommend it definitely also purchased the cupholders and the underwater light attachment that screws onto one of the heat pipes.

Title: 1 year review! Great in summer, TERRIBLE in winter
Review: Beware when you purchase this hot tub. We purchased this hot tub in the winter of 2021 when Covid was keeping everyone home. It is easy to set up and we were very excited. It initially took almost 2 weeks to get to 104 degrees, but I figured that may be normal since it was cold outside. As we got into the spring months and summer, it held its temperature while you weren't in it. If you spent more than 30 minutes in it it would drop below 100 degree. This year when winter arrived I noticed the hot tub wouldn't get above 95 degrees. I made sure everything was inflated well and there was no way for the hot air to escape. The pump also started turning off randomly which caused the water to cool. It would take days to get it back into the 90's just for it to shut off randomly again.A month ago we decided it just wasn't worth the high electricity bill anymore since we couldn't get in it. I received my electricity bill a few days ago after it had been shut off for a month and was astonished at how much less energy we used. This hot tub raised our energy consumption about 30% each month it was plugged in. With the price of energy these days, that's just not worth it.My in-laws bought a Coleman inflatable hot tub at Walmart for $249 and said it works great. The water heats up quickly and it doesn't lose temp when you are in it. I would recommend looking into that one before spending your money on this one.

Title: AWESOME product, esp. for the money.
Review: I admit it was sort of an impulse buy. I hurt my back/right hip and left knee at the same time and was in so much pain I was just grabbing at things that might feel good. It was $525 and came with the fancy heavier cover (it was $650 for just the spa - always check the other options). It arrived quickly, assembled plenty easily - a few steps, but just work through them, you'll be fine. Inflates ridiculously easily and quickly; takes about a day and a half to heat up, as promised and even in high heat - it's a $525 hot tub, just take the day and a half; and no, it doesn't have "jets." BUT - all those tiny little holes push out enough air to topple you over and bounce you around if you're not braced against something. It's the perfect height; sitting on the floor, it covers my shoulders if I just lean back against the side. If I get a little hot, hopping my butt up on the little plastic stool I hose off and use in there sometimes gives me the 10" or so I need to cool off just enough. (I'm 5'9" and have a long torso.) You will prune before it loses heat, so don't worry about it. I threw a chlorine tablet (1") in the floater that came with it, and the levels are staying pretty static (the pH and alk could use a tweak, but it can wait). Seriously, it's AWESOME. If you want jets, get one with jets - spend the extra, what, $4k-12k? But you can't be this thing for value, and honestly, even if it were 3x the price, I think it'd be worth it. I got the drink tray, which is a great little thing, very secure just clamping on the side, and a head cushion I don't use because the sides are just the perfect height.NOTE: The hardest thing about it may be finding and buying good chlorine tablets, so don't wait on that if any kind of hot tub or pool is on your horizon, or you'll get robbed. I managed to hit a Qualco 1.5 lb container of 1" stabilized chlorine tablets for around $40, shipping right away. Click on a few things, and check for a couple days because prices and stock change quickly on Amazon.
