Title: New Year, New Reading Journal
Review: New year, new journal. This one has all the categories I need to chronicle my reading aspirations, from reading challenges to my wish list. As we head into 2025, all the websites are doing a "Best of" column listing the best books of 2024 and the most popular books of the year (not often the same). So, I start listing the ones that flew under my radar and that I want to read now. Then, as I read them, this journal has a section for reviews, notes and my favorites.Sometimes my reading ebbs and flows. I'll read a couple a week and then I'll go a month without reading at all. This journal has a reading log that lets me see what I read each month and it will be interesting to see if any patterns emerge or to remember why I stopped reading at certain times.There's an index and a section for reference information. I'm glad to be starting my year with a whole new book slate and I can't wait to begin filling in with this journal, beginning with the books I received as gifts and the books I wanted, but haven't gotten yet.I also like the peach color of the book. I choose different colors because that makes it easy to differentiate between different years and sometimes I keep separate journals for each genre. So finding this rare and attractive color option was nice.
