Title: One star, but not for product quality…
Review: I love Spartan Mounts products, I own several and they’re all great. The stuff I order from their website is always perfect.Only problem I have here is whoever is running their Amazon orders, idk if it’s one of their employees or someone at Amazon packing the boxes, cannot ever, EVER, get the orders correct. Idk what’s going on but I have a friend who has had the exact same experience with trying to order Spartan Mounts parts through Amazon.For my order, I purchased the KS7/KSG mount and received a Glock 42 magazine holder. I submitted a return, was very specific with with I ordered in the description vs what I received, sent it back, got my replacement, and it was a Glock 43 pistol mount. After that I wasn’t even offered a replacement. Just a refund. How does that happen??A friend of mine tried not once, but twice, but THREE times to order the picatinny rail mount and all three times he received a AR PMAG mount. How?If this is a Spartan Mounts employee, they need serious coaching. If this is an Amazon problem then Spartan Mounts need to be made aware of the problem because they’re making them look bad.This 1-star review is in no way a reflection on the companies products themselves. My only advice is if you’re going to order something, go straight to their website and purchase there. I have a 100% success rate while ordering through the website (I think I own 11 mounts), and a 0% (that’s 0 out of 5 attempts including my friends try) while using Amazon.
