Title: Juices are fine, bottle is meh
Review: I generally like the convenience of these mixes. Making them "fresh" as I need them rather than buying an overpriced bottle that may go bad before I finish it makes sense to me. This set also lets you try several flavors without committing to 20 packets of something you might not like.Red: Mixed with oat milk as recommended. Was slightly sweet, had a faint strawberry flavor. Dehydrated strawberry bits rehydrated a bit, giving it a chunky texture.Blue: Mixed with oat milk (coconut milk is recommended), also tasted a little sweet, ambiguious berry/fruit flavor. Mixed well, easy to drink.Green: Mixed with oat milk, it had a very earthy smell and didn't dissolve very well. I tried again with plain water and it mixed easily. Smell was more veggie and it went down smoothly. The shaker bottle was a mixed bag for me, though it was part of the reason I got this set. My first batch of red with oat milk was pretty thick and a little gloppy, which was fine, but it also stuck to the inside of the attached screwtop cap and dripped out of the cap when I drank from the bottle. That attachment makes it less likely for you to lose the cap, but it also makes the bottle less useful "on the go" with thicker mixes, since if you're driving you have to worry about holding the bottle in a way so the cap doesn't drip juice on you, and you can't hold the cap in your other hand or set it aside since it's attached to the bottle. So I wound up pulling the strap off the bottle so I could drink it without worries. (You may notice that in the sample video in the listing the one person who drinks from the bottle has to hold the attached cap to the side of the bottle with a couple of fingers while drinking, because if you don't hold it aside the cap just smacks into your face.)The bottle also unscrews in the middle to make it easier to measure the liquid you're adding and then pour in the mix; there's a grid that sticks in the top of the inside half of the bottle for mixing or filtering that has to be pulled out so you can clean the bottle. It has a flexible seal next to the grid that came off the first time I cleaned the bottle and now I can't get it back in. (The manufacturer's website suggests that the seal is attached to the bottle for easy cleaning, which was not my experience.)

Title: Easy and delicious!
Review: I like smoothies in the morning but rarely make the time to make one for myself. This smoothie kit is perfect! It was so easy to make and it was delicious! I mixed mine with Oat Milk. I can’t wait to try all the flavors.

Title: Decent smoothies. Better taste than average. Good mixing bottle, but hard to clean.
Review: Shaker bottle opens in the middle for easy fill. The top section has a plastic mixing cross-piece to help with mixing. Both the cap and mid-section joint have silicone seals, and make a good fit. It is marked dish-washer safe, and BPA free. Some of the powders were hard and had to be kneaded a bit to break them up. Particularly the blue.I first mixed red with water. It mostly tastes of unsweetened strawberries. Some small fruit pieces are noticeable, and the chia seeds. I tried a red with milk, and it was harder to mix, but results in a more typical frothy milk smoothie. With milk it definitely helps to knead the packet completely so it mixes well.I tried the blue with milk. Even though I shook it extra time I still found some powder in the smoothie. It mostly tastes of banana. Any fruit bits were small and broke up quickly. Not sure if it was due to the powder, or extra shaking, but it was extremely foamy. I had to add some water to drink the last bit.The green is pretty decent for greens. Banana comes through a little bit, but the greens are still dominant. No bitterness.I found the seal rings have to be removed to really clean the bottle. Every time I removed them they seemed to have stuff behind them. It is good at mixing, but is not the most convenient to clean out.

Title: Easy to make, comes with a shaker bottle.
Review: I ordered these kencko Smoothie Mix Starter Kit - 10 Instant Breakfast Smoothies + Reusable Bottle - Organic Fruits & Veggies because I’ve been trying to convince my teenage son to eat more at breakfast time.My son has a long commute every morning and is carrying a double load (academic and studio) in high school. By the time he gets home at night, he’s exhausted, and has hours of homework ahead. I’ve been encouraging him to try healthier food choices—he needs fuel to get through his days. These smoothie mixes are super easy to use and come with a shaker bottle made of BPA free plastic. This bottle opens in the center, not the top, and is dishwasher safe. There’s a little grid that filters the smoothies, and a cap that is attached to the bottle with a kind of plastic collar, so it won’t get lost. You can mix the smoothies right in the bottle. We tried the bottle, it does a pretty good job of mixing, though the smoothies are slightly gritty/lumpy, especially the red one, since it has bits of strawberry. You get three different kinds of smoothie mix, red, blue, and green. Red is a strawberry banana smoothie; the package says it contains: 6 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, 3 raspberries, 1/2 date, chia seeds, and ginger. This was both my son’s and my favorite flavor. We tried making it with oat milk, and it was a little lumpy, but tasted great. We also made it up in our blender and threw in some fresh strawberries—this was really delicious, smoother and delicious. The blue mix is supposed to be “tropical.” The label says it contains: 1/2 banana, 1 pineapple slice, 1/2 apple, 1/4 kiwi, 1 orange slice, blue spiralina, boobab, Thai lime leaf, and lucuma. My son looked dubious at some of the ingredients, but he liked this smoothie, too. I’m not sure how I would describe the taste—I wouldn’t call it tropical, but it did taste very fresh. The green mix is described on the sales page as, “sweet, tangy, with a hint of leafy greens”. The pack says it contains: 1 pineapple slice, 1/2 banana, 1/4 apple, 1/4 kiwi, 5 spinach leaves, 4 kale leaves, and ginger. I’ll admit it, I’ve never been a big green smoothie fan, but I did like the fruit flavors in this, though the primary taste for me was the kale.I love the convenience of these packs, it just takes a few seconds to mix up a smoothie any time you want. My son had been saying he didn’t have time to make breakfast, but he can make and drink this quickly in the mornings. He’s not a super fan of the green flavor, but he liked the other two a lot, especially the red flavor. I have a bad lifelong habit of skipping breakfast I learned from my parents; I’m trying to get back to eating in the morning, and these smoothies are fast and convenient.Initially, I thought the price (currently $39.99) was a bit spendy, but then I thought about how much a smoothie costs in our NYC neighborhood. At about $4 a smoothie, this kit is actually much less than it would cost to buy a smoothie for breakfast.
