Title: Great fragrance free formula
Review: Was searching for a replacement for Jason Fragrance free shampoo that disappeared. This definitely is fragrance free and I’m very happy I tried it. Hair feels clean and manageable.

Title: Favorite shampoo
Review: To me this is like the ideal basic daily shampoo. Gets your hair clean but doesn’t strip it, works for basically every hair type, comes in a giant bottle that looks pretty in the shower, doesn‘t make you smell like a vanilla coconut cupcake or whatever. I agree with other reviewers that it has a slight chemical smell and I personally wish Kristen Ess made a version of it that wasn’t fragrance free (they’re great at fragrances, so I bet it would smell great). But I’m also glad that my fragrance-sensitive girlies have access to a good and cute shampoo, so I’m not mad about it. Just get yourself a great smelling body wash to make up for it.

Title: Minus 1 star for poor packaging
Review: Loving the shampoo. However, like many others here who have reviewed this product, I was very annoyed when it arrived with the spout broken entirely off the pump. The pump is still operational, but with such a big hole, I worry that the shampoo is going to evaporate and thicken. Plus, without a spout to direct the flow, I've lost the convenience of being able to get some shampoo into the palm of my hand without having to pick up the bottle.It seems lately like a lot of my Amazon orders are poorly packaged. I suspect that this isn't the fault of the workers who do the packaging or their supervisors or managers since, in years past, this wasn't a problem. Is it just me, or is the customer rarely right anymore and employees unempowered?

Title: Literally the only shampoo that doesn't make my hair fall out
Review: Fragrance free, can be used every day, and is actually the only shampoo that doesn't make me shed hair constantly. Hard to find something better. I swear to all that is holy if y'all change this formula I'm rioting.

Title: Not the same product purchased elsewhere
Review: I bought this online because my local Target didn’t have the larger size in stock. I’ve used this shampoo and conditioner set before and there is something very wrong with this shampoo. It’s significantly more liquidy than the exact same one I’ve purchased from Target, and it’s not properly cleaning my hair. I don’t have very thick hair, so it’s not difficult to wash, but this shampoo still leaves the hair close to my scalp greasy. I don’t put conditioner on my scalp. I also have to use a lot more shampoo because of how watery the consistency is. I was willing to overlook the consistency and accept that I’d simply use it faster than before, until I confirmed that it’s really not cleaning my hair. I have unfortunately passed the return window by a few days. If you like this shampoo, I’d get it from another retailer.

Title: Does not lather well or leave hair feeling clean
Review: I have been trying to find a hypoallergenic shampoo that is decent for my thick straight hair... Unfortunately this is not it. I have to use about double or more the quantity of this shampoo because it does not lather well. I also find that my hair doesn't look as clean after use as with other shampoos, and after about 1-2 days it looks super greasy. I would not buy again.
