Title: Use it Correctly & You'll Be Satisfied 4 Less
Review: If you spend some time with this small amp, you are going to get A LOT MORE out of it than the average purchaser. With this quality (mid-low quality, but can be mitigated) amp, there is only one reason to buy it - you can't afford a Fender or something clearly better, but a lot more expensive. Like $400There is nothing wrong with getting an inferior, but workable amp unless and until you can buy a good one OR (in my case) you want to see what kind of unique sounds you can produce with it. It makes perfect sense at this price point to buy this 20W amp and play with it.PLEASE go the extra step and work with the amp.The first thing that turns folks off is the distortion. I have read 10 or more reviews that say something like "this amp is ok if you just use the clean setting". YES, the clean setting (no distortion) is easier to figure out and sounds pretty darned good out of the box by just adjusting volume, bass, mid, and treble.I encourage you to work with the distortion on because this amp CAN produce a nice, steady fuzzy tone and even a heavy metal AC/DC level of distortion by reducing the volume about 50% or more from the clean setting and adjusting the gain button until you have a nice, controlled distortion sound...go from there to explore the other settings and increase volume SLOWLY until you approach total distortion, then back it off some.Buying a Rushhead Max or similar plug-in headphone guitar amp with distortion and effects, and attaching it to this amp. That will allow for an even greater range of sounds for an extra $30. You will be able to go from a clean, small room acoustic feel all the way to full stadium grind overload, and everything in between for under $100.TAKE THE TIME. Explore the settings. IF you wanted a "plug and play" amp, you would have spent $400 and bought a Fender, but it would not be 1/2 as fun as trying to improve the sound from an amp like this an 1000% more original.

Title: No special effects bells and whistles. I like it that way. For me it is a good Amp for the money.
Review: Rugged case, no nonsense controls, nice size. The clear sounds good, reminds me of the street musician sound of 50, 60, 70 years ago. I like that.I'm not into distortion, but it's there if you want it. Have to play with it a little. Easy to carry and take to jam sessions. Lots of fun to just noodle around with.

Title: Amazing value
Review: I use this as a monitor for my live on the go synth setup. Itâs so versatile with both traditional instrument input, to RCA and Aux level inputs, basic EQ, and itâs fairly loud and clear.

Title: Not a good sound
Review: Well, its inexpensive and small. For me, the problem is that hain distorts the sound too much even at the low setting, the lead button deteriorates the sound so much that it is just purely unpleasant. The amp is also not very well insulated from electromagnetic interference. It even starts screaching when I plug into the receptacle nearby the adaptor for my pedals (that's the adapror that is well shielded and does not produce interference). The screaching and buzzing is especially prominenr when the lead button is pushed in or the gain knob is dialed higher than 1/5 of the max. When the gain is dialed over 50% the sound is completely unusable. If you have a decent guitar, you will make a disservice for it with this amp because you will never be able to hear the sounds the guitar is capable of producing. For practicing when you just hone in on you technical skills and do not care about the sound, this amp might work. But if you think about it, for just a little bit more money you could get a Rockville G-AMP 20 with a more decent sound and bluetooth, and for 2.5 times the money you can get a much nicer Fender amp with tons of presets and good sounding and well balanced speakers. It is wrong to expect you would get a decently sounding digital amp for less than 600 bucks though anyway, but I would still not recommend this amp even for practice. Maybe it would work better with the headset, but then whats the pointvgetting thevamp with the built in speaker...

Title: Please be careful buying
Review: The amp works great but when it arrived the speaker was broke out of the box so I had to fix it. My son's birthday was the day it arrived and he was too excited to tell him he couldn't use it otherwise I would have returned it. Thank you I hope this helps future customers.
