Title: Helpful when trying to quit smoking.
Review: This inhaler is good for the oral fixation/habitual part that is a struggle when you are trying to quit smoking. It gives you something to hold and inhale that way you have an outlet for your urges. A lot of the difficulty when trying to quit smoking is just the habit part and this helps with that.

Title: I could see how it could help aid in the secession of smoking cigarettes
Review: It has a pretty decent not too strong menthol flavor. It produces absolutely no smoke or vapor of any kind because it is not a vape device nor is it electronic and any capacity. The size is roughly that of a somewhat slightly longer cigarette. The weight is not too cumbersome, but it's definitely not as light as a normal cigarette due to it being made out of some type of metal. I find myself utilizing it when I'm in an area where I can neither smoke nor vape because it still gives you the feeling that you're inhaling vapor of some kind due to the menthol flavor. I would say the menthol flavor is more of a spearmint than a peppermint or a Wintergreen. Again not to overpowering, but also not so weak as that you wouldn't notice. All in all I would recommend to individuals that are going to be somewhere where they cannot smoke or vape and still need something to do.

Review: This has a multi-purpose uses Use it as a menthol inhalant similar to the nasal sniffers, are to quit smoking and break the tactile habit. Menthol is not as strong as the name brand nose inhalants, but this is a good value. Smells and tastes great. It is very thin size. Easy to slip in a pocket. No no more money

Title: Tastes more of mint than menthol.
Review: This menthol inhaler tastes more of peppermint or spearmint, than that of menthol. Once it is opened, the instructions say that it won't last more than 30 days. I suppose it would help with the habit of inhaling, but I don't know how much it would help with quitting smoking. It is made out of some kind of metal, I believe and is about the size of a long cigarette, just heavier.This product is made in the USA.

Title: Like a cooling cough drop
Review: I don't smoke or vape, but this doesn't make me feel any type of way. It just gives you a cooling sensation in your lungs, which i'm not fully sure if that's healthy for you, inhaling oils in all. The cooling sensation is nice, but I probably wouldn't do more than a few hits. You can get the same sensation from a cooling cough drop, but without the inhalation of oil into your lungs. It's a novel experience, something I wouldn't repurchase
