Title: Eaasy to set up
Review: I bought this for my boyfriend to put in his vehicle. He had bought a different one to install. but, the camera was to small. This screen is a good size. You can see what is in front of you well enough without the camera blocking your view. It's easy to set up. You need to charge it when it gets low on it's charge. It will turn on but, it will shut itself off when the charge gets low. It also comes with a back up camera but, he is not using it as his vehicle has a camera on it.

Review: I purchased this dashcam before and had to return it because a black spot appeared on the screen, I taught it was just a faulty dashcam so I bought a new one and the same thing happened again. 2 dashcam cam same problem....product is no good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...After speaking to someone from their customer service department, she said she would issue a full fund but, I have to forward the refund email to their finance department, someone from that department replied to me saying they would be happy to issue the refund if I removed the negative rating I gave the dashcam to a 5 star. Rating....my only regret is that I didn't screen shot the email .for some strange reason the email dissapeared and the finance department stop responding to my emails....

Title: Best customer service
Review: I have said this is a great camera but the customer service has made it even better. My wiring for the backup camera was faulty and needed a new one and the customer service is Awesome! They are providing me a new harness and has kept me informed throughout the entire process. I can say it's the best service I have experienced in some time and it feels great!

Title: Worked great for five months.
Review: I bought this in June and it stopped working in November. The car has been in a garage and unit worked fine. Then yesterday, the battery is weak, and no Card inserted. I brought the unit inside to charge and it isn't charging as described. Under electric power it still says no card.I was contacted by the Roinvou and they were really helpful. Thank you very much. Everything is good now.
