Product Description
MOVEMINT Power Twister: Portable, high-strength exercise tool. Our Power Twister provides the highest range of motion, allowing you to tone and strengthen your muscles to the highest extent, unlike other twisters that do not allow you to move your muscles throughout the entire exercise.
We have included an exercise guide on our packaging for veterans and rookies alike. This shows you certain exercises that targets specific muscle groups and images of how to use it.
*20KG or 30KG is recommended for starters*
*Place hands in wrist straps during use*
Full Upper Body Workout
Chest Workout
Exercise your chest by bending inwards, similar to pectoral flys, providing resistance through your entire motion.
Back and Shoulders Workout
Flex your back and back shoulders by squeezing towards your middle back.
Arm Blaster
Perform curls with your biceps and forearms. Full resistance is provided all the way through unlike dumbbells, giving you maximum resistance throughout the exercise.
Features

Our textured rubber handles gives you a better grip, and our thick wrist straps gives you an additional layer of safety.
Dual Spring (Excluding 20KG) for Safety
Inside the power twister is an inner spring, which serves as a safety mechanism to prevent slippage/breakage of handles. The inner spring is excluded from the 20KG model due to its light resistance.

Title: Good quality power twister.
Review: This is a good power twister. Is a decent price. I like that they come in different strengths. Most people on here seem to recommend a 20-30kg to start. I ordered a 60kg thinking I would grow into it. However it was very easy to do the standard palms down bends to touch your hands together and really only good for doing fast high rep workouts of 20 or more.Im old. Nearly 50. Donât work out. Have multiple bad shoulder injuries. Lifting my arms hurt without any weight. Generally weaker than most people due to nerve and muscle problems. Yet the 60kg is too easy.So I would recommend if you are a guy over 12 years old you may want to consider starting with the 80kg as a minimum so you have some room to improve. I donât feel any muscle workout from bending these things so I would probably think standard weights to lift would be better but those are expensive.

Title: Excellent workout tool, but do not overuse. (40KG, 50KG, 60KG, 80KG)
Review: So I own four different sizes: 40K (90lbs); 50KG (110lbs); 60KG (130lbs); and 80KG (175lbs).I am 5'6'' and weigh a lean 138lb. As a former U.S Army Paratrooper, fitness is nothing new to me; you don't need to be big to be strong. That being said, it can be difficult to gauge which one of these to start with. I first bought the 80KG on January 26, 2019, but I couldn't bend that at all and it still remains to be my strength goal. Since I couldn't bend 80KG, I bought the 40KG on January 29, 2019, which seemed too easy for me to bend it full circle, but it was still good for overhead exercises. On February 4, 2019, I bought the 50KG which was perfect and so I stuck with that for about a month. Then I recently received the 60KG, which is excellent for my current level of strength and I am able to bend it full circle for multiple reps. I don't believe that I would be able to bend the 60KG if I hadn't worked up to it since early February. Every once in a while, I pick up the 80KG to test my progress; I'm pleased to say that I can finally make it budge, but it is a Beast and I'm still far away from being able to bend it to any satisfactory degree. It would have been better if there was a 70KG option because I'm fairly confident that I would be able to bend it for 1 to 3 reps. Anyway, I have to warn you that I've experienced pain in my palm, wrists, and especially elbows when I use these things TOO often. It's very gratifying to bend these things, particularly when you're angry about something....but you will definitely increase the likelihood of strained or sprained muscles if you use them every day. For me, the most common injury was the kind that causes a sharp pain in the elbow or forearm whenever you rotate your hand or grip your first; like when turning a door knob or opening a jelly jar. I suppose the technical term is tennis elbow, it's an agonizing injury and it can take several days to recover from it...so you've got to take it easy with resistance bars of this nature and try not to go rage mode with them; I would advise against using them every day because that was my biggest contributing factor to my injuries. They are incredible workout tools if you use them correctly and avoid overworking your arms and hands.

Title: Strength rating less than half as advertised on my 20 kg. unit
Review: I tested my power twister rated at 20 kg. on two different bathroom scales, and it came to 20 lbs., not kg.s! So it was less than half the resistance as advertised. It can still be useful by varying the grip positions and distance from the body when exercising with it, so I kept it instead of returning it. I ordered a 40 kg (?) one as a more difficult jump up in resistance to go with it.

Title: Start light, and work up!
Review: Well I read the other reviews saying to start with the 20 kg, so I did. It was way too easy for me. I work out but I'm not a beast. I'm 59 now but I really needed a stronger one. So I ordered the 40kg, could barely bend it! Going to try the 30 kg and hopefully work up to the 40kg. I think the 30kg is going to be a good starting point for me and most guys who are fairly strong, the 20 kg would be great for women or young kids starting out. I could bend it all day and not get tired. I'll review the 30kg as soon as I get it.

Title: Excellent and simple to use
Review: I wanted something to help build upper body strength but wanted something simple and low impact. With the Movemint spring bar you can do 4 basic workouts, and after only a week of steadily increasing reps I feel the targeted muscles growing stronger. Along with nutritional supplements I hope to gain a little weight and more strength over time. I bought the starter model with 20KG of resistance, and man is it good enough for me. This is a great product and the price is very affordable. Thank you.

Title: Nice, but needs improvement
Review: I had one of these when I was in my teens (about 40 years ago) and I really enjoyed it, so I thought I would order a new one, since the one I had somehow got lost when I was in my twenties. This one is nice but needs some improvements.First of all, it's too short. It should be at least 6 to 12 inches longer. Second, the handles have a raised lip at the ends which can be uncomfortable after a few reps, and since the spring is so short you kinda have to hold it at the ends, so if it were longer this would not be as much of an issue. Otherwise this is a decent workout tool. Not to brag, but when I was younger I had great upper body shape and fitness, and I think I owe it all to the spring bar. Just this one tool can help you develop and maintain your pecs, abs, biceps, triceps, trapezius, deltoids, and external obliques. Not bad for a tool that costs less than $30, weighs only a few pounds, has no moving parts, can be carried just about anywhere, and never wears out.I consider this one of the best workout tools ever. I give this particular model only 3 stars because of its shortcomings, both literally and figuratively, but I highly recommend buying one. You won't regret it and you'll get decades of use out of it, which means it will pay for itself many times over. Was this review helpful? If so, please click below. Thanks 🙂

Review: Originally I ordered the 30kg/65lb power twister and found it to difficult to do certain exercises. I sent it back and ordered the 20kg/45lb one and it's much better. I'm 71 and I have to work my way up to the next level. The product appears to be well made and not short in length at all. Overall, I'm pleased with the product. In hindsight, I probably should have kept the other one.
