Title: Cozy story not just for rainy days
Review: After reading 8 books about Bear Creek inhabitants it is like reading of old friends. Their trials, joys, and triumphs are so realistic. I am glad to see there are more books to the series, as they have become like family. Recommended to all who want a good read this coming winter!

Title: Stories surrounding people of Bear Creek, Mont
Review: Interesting stories telling of the joys and challenges of those living in this western town. The town folks are very supportive of each other and have learned to work together with a Sioux Indian tribe near by.Most of the books talk about the simple lives and how many find love in such a remote area. Some find mail order brides, while others are matched up in surprising ways.The stories moved a little slowly, that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Title: Great series
Review: After reading the first set of this series, I knew I had to read the rest. The stories are poignant and loving. There’s some dangers and adventures, too. I’m glad I didn’t live in those days, but it makes you really appreciate bathrooms, washers, heaters, cook stoves and ovens. My husband grew up in MN, and they didn’t have modern conveniences like an indoor restroom, so he appreciates our modern lifestyle.

Title: Good book, enjoyable read.
Review: This was a great group of stories. I enjoyed reading all of them. I really like the story of Sandy as I too am some hearing impaired. And I really like the fact that she married the Indian chief. I also liked the part about the sisters and how most of them got their happy ending. We like to write about the good times back in those long ago days but there were also many women taken advantage of. In writing fiction stories and romance novels it is good that those brave and persevering women were not forgotten as well. Thanks for remembering women like those six brave sisters. Those six brave sisters represent the mini unforgotten women and children that were taken advantage of by outlaws as well as many others. Mini did not survive, mini did not get a happy ending. They remain nameless, and some forgotten grave far away. Yet they will forever be remembered in the pages of this novel and they will forever rest in the arms of a loving creator. Thanks Amelia for remembering.

It was a deeper and more intense collection than the first. It still continues the tale of the characters and town and community first met at the beginning. A well constructed tale from start yo finish. Plus, there is still more to read.
