TENEALAY FV2 is a small RCA stereo preamplifier box with volume control function.

Review: Simple effective small footprint attenuator, perfect for linking a Bluetooth receiver to a massive amplifier.Note, this *does not* contain a preamplifier. It is unpowered. Its purpose is to *reduce* the audio level from the input device if necessary, for example the line level from a powered BT rx, before input to a 1kW stereo power amplifier.Without this attenuator, the BT rx would claim the audio signal as soon as the phone is in range and send full absolutely unhinged line volume to the power amp. With this attenuator, the automatic audio transfer to the BT rx results in an adjustable, sane, neighbor-friendly, output volume.My neighbors give this product five stars, which is a significant upgrade from their frantic text messages at 3am that BFG Division is shaking their house apart.This product will *not* work as a preamplifier for record players. It is an adjustable attenuator, not an amplifier, and it is very nice, even if my neighbors no longer get to listen to whatever I'm listening to.

Title: Does Exactly What I Need.
Review: I use this to split the source between my PC and Phono signal out to Active near field speakers. this allows me to adjust each source before it hits the amp in the speakers. Sound is great.. and smooth and variable, metal housing and feels of good quality. Highly recommend.

Review: I got this to use as a volume control/bypass for a powered sub that is shared by several sources with different gain levels. It works very well. No crackles or pops when using the selector switch, or noise when using the volume pot. Nice resistance on the knob and a good range of travel. Would recommend.

Title: Worst price of crap
Review: I bought this thinking that now I could finally playy records on my digital home theater receiver but low and behold when I plug it all in and turned everything on it just said... No... And Don't... What a disappointment this little sucker is I'm mean the best thing about it I can say is at least it didn't make it harder to hear anything from my turntable. No it just did absolutely nothing at all more or less then I what I had to begin with. So ya will be returning for a refund unfortunately you can't refund the time I wasted buying, waiting for, hooking up, having to write this crappy review and here as soon as I'm done writing this driving to the nearest return Kohl's to return this big waste of time. Save yourself and do anything else but this. I hate rewarding unproductive behaviors with any form of positive reinforcement so I deeply pains me that I had to give this at least one star for Amazon to let me write this review. -1* that's my rating

Review: Needed a passive preamp for attenuating volume from a full dac whit no volume so now the headphone amp is well balanced at a fraction of the cost very good for the price the headphone amp had too much gain at low volume so this FV2 did the job and does not color the sound much

Review: Es handelt sich um einen Lautstärkeregler mit 2 Eingängen, die wechselseitig ausgewählt werden können und mit einem Ausgang verbunden sind. So können 2 Geräte mit fixem Ausgangssignal z.B. ein Cd-Player und ein DVD-Player direkt mit einem Aktivlautsprecher oder einer Endstufe verbunden werden. Das Gerät ist recht klein und sehr gut verarbeitet. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.
