Title: A must-have for deep sleep!
Review: For context: I’m a fairly light sleeper and have trouble falling asleep/staying asleep most nights. Melatonin isn’t effective for me, and Benadryl had been my saving grace for the last year. The downsides of Benadryl are that it leaves me feeling groggy in the morning and it’s not intended to be used as a sleep aid.I wanted to try something organic and am elated to have found this product! The packaging is beautiful, and this stuff WORKS. I have tried 0.5ml under the tongue but my favorite method to ingest this is by adding 1ml to my water/tea every night. I have been doing this for the past three nights (on night 4 today) and have had the deepest sleep I’ve had in a long time. It is so refreshing going to sleep feeling relaxed and waking up feeling alert and energized. This is the only thing I modified in my nightly routine, so it’s easy to attribute 100% of the change to this product. Something else I love is that this product is all natural and only has two other ingredients. This is quite literally miracle in a bottle!

Title: Fill the bottle
Review: I just received Chaga and lions main extract I took 1 mL out of the Chaga bottle, which is a third of the dropper so not much it didn’t taste bad actually it was pretty pleasant. My only problem with this is that upon opening we found that the bottles weren’t full. It seems as though for this price, the bottles could have been filled a little more. I’ll give it a four because it wasn’t filled all the way

Title: This is the most effective, easiest-to take, and delicious mushroom tincture I've encountered.
Review: I've been a high-performance wellness consultant for almost two decades and really started tapping into adaptogenic mushrooms about ten years ago. I've used all the mushrooms available in all the forms available (powders, tinctures, capsules, beverages) from the smallest batches made for me personally by my Chinese doctor, to Paul Stamet's capsules and Four Sigmatics coffees and tea blends.I started ordering Uphoric Urth's tinctures eight months ago directly from the producer. I was exhausted and had a lot of joint pain at the time. Within two weeks of taking the reishi, turkey tail, lion's mane and chaga extracts 3 - 4 times every day, I realized that my joints no longer ached and I felt buoyant. I felt clear-headed and had seemingly-endless energy. I take a full dropper-full under my tongue right after I wake up and then every 4 hours, or as often as I think of it, which is easy to do because they're the perfect size to throw in my purse so I can take them everywhere (I've taken all four of the ones that I have on flights and I feel like they've helped reduce jet-lag and inflammation), and the flavor is like an earthy digestif, which I love. If I'm having coffee, I sometimes add them in for a richer, bolder flavor.I spoke to the woman who makes them and was told that they're grown in the woods in upstate NY, which is AMAZING. Plants/fungi grown outdoors are so much more nutrient and information-rich than greenhouse plants.They're also double-extracted, and the nutrient-rich sediment is left IN, which means higher potency and greater-efficacy for me. I feel it! I'm so grateful to have found these: forgetting to take them is no longer an issue, because they come with me everywhere; I don't need anything to blend them into in order to take them; I actually love the flavor; and my body/mind feel enormously better since I've been taking them every day. Title: Did Something Change?
Review: I have used this for the past few years. It was picey but worth it. It was constantly out of stock until it wasn't. Although it is always in stock now, I am uncertain if it is the same formula. Uncertain if they changed the formula in 2024. It seems grainy even after you shake it which was not the case previously.I have not purchased it much since then.

Review: WOW!! Üphoric Urth products are truly the highest of quality I’ve tried. I can tell the thoughtfulness put into the sourcing of the product by the quality and effects of each tincture. As well as the beautiful packaging that each product arrives in. I have been incorporating the lions main into my mornings and it’s been significantly helpful in my mental clarity and energy throughout the day. Title: Dangerous
Review: Put under tongue and got little blisters afterwards. Very painful. To be honest, I’m not 100% sure this did it but it’s the only thing I’ve changed in my routine. Going to Dr tomorrow if it’s not gone by morning and taking this bottle with me. Taste terrible and burns like hell. May be allergic reaction but I’ve taken many other lions mane products without issues.

Title: Love Uphoric Urth!
Review: I decided to try Uphoric Urth after my friend recommended it. She said the quality is higher than other mushroom supplements that use the mycelium and fillers. I went with the chaga for its skin and detox benefits. I’m trying to cleanse my body and I feel very pleased with the results so far. I like adding the chaga to my morning matcha latte. You can’t taste the tincture at all so the flavor of the latte still shines. I give this product 5 stars for it’s high quantity ingredients, and an extra star for the chic packaging!
