The superior grade tarps by Grizzly Tarps are made from a tight 8 sq. in. x 8 sq. in. This method of manufacture gives you a long-lasting cover that is light weight and easy to handle. Secure built-in grommets are very useful for tie-downs. The Grizzly Tarps present a stronger and longer living tarp that will work hard to provide you with all your covering or protective requirements. Tarpaulins (Tarps) have multiple uses, including being a shelter from the elements (i.e. wind, rain or sunlight), aground sheet, a drop sheet for painting, protecting the infield of a baseball field and protecting objects such as enclosed road or rail goods carrying vehicles or woodpiles. Given their multi-purpose use, Tarps can be used for many applications.
True 8x8 weave 5 mil thick waterproof tarp
Lighweight washable and mildew proof with rope in hem
Woven and laminated polyethlene with heat sealed seams
Supplied with built in grommets every 36" to allow for secure tie downs
Can be used as protection for boats, cars or motor vehicles, providing shelter from the elements, ie., wind, rain or sunlight for campers, as an emergency roof patch material for homeowners, as a temporary pickup truck bed cover, and for a ground or drop sheet.

Title: Good quality to begin with but wore out quickly.
Review: I initially purchased this product to place under my inflatable swimming pool. It worked well for that task, but after one summer season, I used it to provide shade for my chicken run, and that's where things got hairy. The size is great for a variety of things, hence why I used it for multiple tasks. It was lightweight making it easy to handle and move from place to place. The grommets were spaced out adequately and were fairly secure. They kept the tarp where I needed it to be, for a time.Where it starts failing is the waterproof-ness. Under light rain or drizzle it held up fine, anything more, and it leaked like a sieve. I think that's due to the spacing in the "weave". I wouldn't say that it's heavy-duty either, more like average-duty. I've definitely had tougher tarps. While under my pool it was sturdy enough, but using it for my chicken run wore it down pretty quickly. It started falling apart and shedding these blue plastic fibers everywhere. Not good for chickens. Over the space of about two weeks, it went from shedding to straight out falling apart, holes everywhere, so to the trash it went.Overall, if you need an average, run-of-the-mill tarp for basic tasks, this will do the job. Don't expect anything flashy or extraordinary â it's just your average tarp.

Title: Reliable
Review: The 8x10 tarps I recently purchased exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and durability. Despite their lightweight design, they proved to be incredibly sturdy and resistant to tears, making them ideal for a variety of outdoor and DIY projects. The tarps were easy to handle and maneuver, thanks to their manageable size. Their reinforced edges and grommets provided added strength and ensured secure attachment points, giving me peace of mind that they would stay in place even during strong winds and heavy rain. Not only did these tarps effectively protect against unpredictable weather conditions, but they also proved to be versatile in their usage. From covering and safeguarding outdoor furniture, equipment, and vehicles to creating temporary shelters and providing ground cover during camping trips, their versatility was truly impressive.Overall, I highly recommend the 8x10 tarps for anyone in need of reliable, durable, and versatile protective covers. Their quality craftsmanship and reasonable price point make them an excellent investment for both personal and professional use.

Title: My Experience has been great. Read other reviews too, maybe I was lucky, or they were unlucky...
Review: Ok... so, the following is a response I just wrote to a question on this product (or excerpt of), but Iâm seeing some one star reviews that are making me think QC might be shoddy, so mixed bag... but, the following is my experience, and Iâm basing my review solely on that...âPackage says California... could be brand HQ, not manufacturing, not certain. Works great though. I had a 4 night camp trip with my gf... rained every day. It held up though. And to put a particular emphasis on why thatâs an important note... the site wasnât lined with trees that could support it... so, had to reach paracord abou 20â+ per corner to attach to large enough trees, so it was unfortunately slack (paracord, has give... no matter how good it is... itâll provide some five after hanging a while). Beyond that, we ended up grabbing some tent pole to prop the center, due to the dip in it... it was a tube pole similar to what youâd get with a Coleman cabin tent mid-90s... should be sturdy... it broke... tarpâs still good though. No holes. I use toggles instead of tying off/weaving each grommit, so less stress... but still, held up great.âI will say, if youâre looking for lightweight, this isnât it. Wrong material.Additionally, for heavy, regular use, go for looped tarp, not grommets. If you have a grommet tarp, toggles, it reduces âpressure pointsâ, and is less likely to tear up the tarp. Also, i did find a spot where it seems to be wearing, but itâs gone through a lot, and I expect it to be wearing. For the price, Iâm more than happy. My experience has been solid. Sometimes quality can be inconsistent, or a bad batch makes it through. Iâd by it again though for car camping (not though-hiking... too heavy).

Title: Amazon harassed me for this review - so here it is: "Blue Tarp"
Review: Amazon has sent me, like, 42 emails asking if I would write a product review for this product. It's a tarp. It's not just any tarp... It's an awesome blue tarp. It's measurements are 8 x 10 feet, which is also awesome. It came wrapped in waterproof plastic to protect it from water....which fortunately, I am allergic to... Which is why I bought the tarp.... To wrap myself completely in before I shower or swim. The tarp makes me feel normal inside. It also will bungee very nicely around your body (or anyone's body that is less than 8 feet around) by making use of the awesome bungee holes on the corners (which can also be used as a security feature if bungeed close to your eyes). All in all, this tarp is so amazing, that I will never order another tarp from anywhere else as long as I live. I've had tarps rip me off, rape my dog, and stab me... This one obeys. It's a friend for life. This tarp also protects you from falling off a building, cancer, and probing your ear too far with a q-tip. This tarp is made of grizzly bear teeth and rainbow tears. It's also an experienced dancer and a perfect complement to a couch-cushion fort. It's also loyal. It will never leave you. I've had mine on my person for 80 days now, and it feels more natural every day. You need this tarp. If you can find one, but it. Worth every single, stinking penny.
