Review: I like the product but because is an older version hard to buy, some ads on amazon do not furnish registration key.purchased one on amazon sometime back seller did not ever furnished registration code or key.seller was not much help, so now I have sonny sound forge 10 and no registratio key

Title: DO NOT BUY--ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Review: DO NOT BUY!!! There is absolutely no customer support.The phone number takes you to a message and then hangs up on you (305-722-5810). Sony sold this product to Magix Audio. When the program stopped working and I reloaded it the program it will no longer accept the serial number. The program is worthless without a working serial number. Though I like the program itself I will not buy it again because Sony sold it out to another company. And if this is the way Magix Audio treats their customers then I will never buy a product from them. This should not happen!

Review: This product is a bit complicated vs audacity! I was having issues in recording my voice and audio together and needed an additional voice recorder on my computer to make it work! I didn't see the purpose of having a recording select button when it didn't record. Not sure if I want to Invest in the actual program just yet.
