Title: Damaged product
Review: I am not sure if this is even new, the box is ripped up, it was completely out of the box in the packaging. Iâm very disappointed. This item is $119! Thatâs a lot of money to have the box so damaged and questioning whether it is new or not!!!

Title: Likely a great product had Amazon sent me a new one.
Review: Amazon sent me a 540xl motor which appears to have been returned by someone else (and smelled as if it had burned inside once before). I still have it a shot. Sure enough the motor ran great for a few minutes then quit working. Look at the pictures of the box the item came in. This review is more about the poor customer experience on Amazon's behalf than the motor. I imagine it's great if Amazon sent a new one. Hopefully no one else gets sent a used and defective item like I did.

Title: Had to return a motor, seller awful.
Review: Purchased two items, One didn't fit unfortunately. (visible difference) Took out of the box, looked, put back in. Seller claimed "damage" after I paid for return cost and only issued a refund of $.01Filed a complaint with Amazon, no resolution yet.
