Title: Excellent
Review: The faux leather is soft and pliable. It's pretty and very portable. I really like all the extra Bible Study help sections, like "Praying with the Bible", and the Bible reading plans in the back. Helpful glossary. The "timeline of catholic church and world history" in the front was fascinating. Pages are thinner than I'm used to. It's a good buy.

Title: Great Bible...but Amazon delivered it to the wrong address.
Review: Amazon has really gone downhill. This item was sent to the wrong house. The Amazon driver even sent me a pic of the item being delivered to the wrong house. Luckily, I was able to retrieve it before the porch pirates got their hands on it. So, I give ZERO stars to Amazon's illiterate delivery person.As for this Bible, it is excellent. The translation is very readable, the book itself is a good size. Yes, the pages are thin, but if they were thicker the book would be twice the width. I like the little intros at the beginning of each book and the context that they contain. There's a good glossary and some nice maps at the end. As for the font size, I'm okay with it, but I wear glasses because I have astigmatism, so it's not a problem. Without my glasses, I wouldn't be able to read a word. So, while I give Amazon delivery 0 stars, I give this Bible 5 out of 5 stars. It's a great purchase and a high-quality item for only $23. I bought the teal, and the color is really attractive.

Title: Very informative Bible with great explanations
Review: This was a gift to a boy who asked for a Bible for his Christmas present. I looked it over before wrapping it to see that if the reading level was right for a twelve-year-old reader. He wanted a full-sized Bible he could read before bed. The color is beautiful.
