Title: It is a good product
Review: While you may wish a different size for your needs, this was a perfect addition to my binoculars. I have a large wide angle 8x50 Nikon for stars, I bought a small $500 compact pair of binocs for the eclipse (for my grandson) and gave my mini monoc to a friend who was going to Machu Picchu. This was to replace the monoc I gave away. This monoc seemed to be a new brand to me. And a the reviews were from people in an Amazon program to get stuff for free and review. Not exactly independent, but they were all positive. I decided to give it a try as it had the sleeker form factor compared to others, had what was described as good optics, waterproof and fog proof, metal body... Its in my hands now and I've used it for a day.Pros:I have to say the views are excellent! I like the build quality. It focuses smoothly. Good eye relief. In short it is a pleasure.Cons: These are nitpicky and small complaints... I'd have liked a better case than a velvet bag. Did not need to be leather just something formfitting, cushioned inside, vinyl outside, Velcro closure. The wrist strap seems quality but I have big hands and the rubber material does not slip on as easy as regular quality string. Though it might stay on the wrist better... The stud on the side to attach the wrist or other strap is well made and works well. I'm just very particular about the sleeker form factor. I'd have liked a pass through flush hole on the body of the monoc. (But this is really being fussy), that same stud also helps to easily keep the body from rotating in your hand while focusing, which is about perfect for the friction level: its not to much to turn (smoothly), and is enough to keep it in focus.

Title: Seems solid
Review: The glass looks good and it's easy to use. I picked this one because it's the smallest I could find and it carries well in a coat pocket, belt pouch, or fanny pack. Overall I'm happy with it.I got it on prime day for $55 and I still think that's pretty pricey for what it is, but the usual price of $70 is really steep. The problem is no one has heard of this company, there are hardly any reviews that aren't in exchange for a free product, it appears to be Chinese made, and the premium price is more in line with what you would expect from a recognized and established brand from a western company.Vortex offers an 8x25 monocular for $60 with a lifetime warranty and that is an American company that has been around for decades. I have the small Bushnell 10x25 H20 binoculars that seem of similar quality to this, and those are $30, usually.I hope I don't have to find out how good this company is at honoring their products if something goes wrong, but in the meantime I'd say if you need the most compact 8x25 monocular you can find without it being a keychain novelty this is a strong contender. Whether or not it's worth 6 to 7 times as much as the 8x25 monoculars under $15 from Celestron, TASCO, etc I can't say because I haven't tried those.

Title: My brother loved it
Review: My brother spends several weeks every year at our national parks. I thought it would be good for him because it's small ,lightweight and does the job. I also got it for him so he could keep a safe distance between him and the bison.. One year he got too close to a bison and was chased up a switchback trail . The bison came close but could not make it up a ledge where my brother was.I played with it before I have it to him and I thought it was a well made quality monocular
