Title: Do not buy
Review: Water tasted strange and white beads came out. It looked like the filter started to break down after a week. There is no brand so no one to contact…very sketchy. Also when I tried to troubleshoot they had no customer support. Returning this because I’m concerned about these beads in my water. Just buy the regular zero water filters.

Title: misrepresented price
Review: Decent filters. The price is very misleading. The count is listed as $5 each. My math figures out to a 3 pack meaning there are 2 per pack (3*2*5=30). I received a single pack of 3. $30/3= $10 each. The listed price was too good to be true. VERY misleading.

Title: Was concerned by the packaging but the functionality looks good
Review: Unfortunately, I threw out the box they came in but it was very generic and cheap. It did not instill confidence. I installed one into an older ZW dispenser I wasn't using and was careful to test the TDS and sampled the output and it seemed all good. Read zero on the TDS meter and tasted the same as my official ZW filters. Once they are done I'll take it apart to see if they look different on the inside.
