Title: Wonderful Product
Review: I chose this unit to replace an approximately 1 year old Rheem 18kw unit that started self destructing 9 months after purchase. The ECOTOUCH got the nod due to no water surrounding the heating elements. This unit works perfectly, plenty of hot water and no flickering of lights (as in the Rheem). Easy to install and a great value.Couldn’t be happier!

Title: Amazing customer service
Review: I bought this tankless water heater for a food truck. I wanted it because of the slender size. The water heater was easy to install. We mounted it on the wall under our sink.Once we turned it on to test it out, it immediately shut off our generator. We co tasted and electrician and was told to change wiring and plug and we should be good. After doing all of that, the heater was throwing codes and not holding temp.I contacted customer service and was asked several discovery questions. After our conversation and videos, it was determined that our water supply was simply not the right fit fir that particular heater. We were past 30 days and so we wiped our hand and bought a different water heater. A few days later, the company contacted me and said they were giving me a full refund and were so apologetic about it not working. I've never had customer service go above and beyond like Joy with Ecotouch did. I'm super grateful for the refund and even more grateful I picked ecotouch to do business with. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future and recommend! Thank you so much!I attached the video of the water heater. Title: Can't adjust
Review: We can't figure out how to adjust the temperature. Sink water runs piping hot but shower water is tepid at best. No amount of pressing or holding the ^ button on the display increases shower water temp. Even if trying to adjust while the shower water is running, there is no change. Not impressed.

Review: Water gets hot, used this in a 500 Sq foot cabin for shower and two sinks. It does take a 60 Amp breaker, but I saved a lot of room not having a water heater. So far it has been running for 3 months and I have not had any problems.
