Title: Thickness is Similar to 24 Pound Paper
Review: I read reviews from others indicating the certificate paper was thinner than expected, but didn't believe them. So I placed a small order for just 25 sheets to check it out myself. Usually, I'd place an order for 500 or more, but my previous supplier now has a 10,000 sheet minimum. The label on the back of the certificates received says “70 lb., Text Stock”. However, it feels equivalent to 24 pound paper typically used in a home or business printer. I often use 60 pound card stock for other purposes and this 70 pound certificate paper isn’t even close to the same weight (i.e., thickness). The certificate paper received also has an unexpected, very slight yellowish hue, but this may be my fault. My previous supplier didn’t include the word “parchment”, so maybe this is to be expected with parchment certificate paper. The certificate itself is very nice, just too thin for my purposes.
